Maybe so but the majority of the fans who come out to the games are not die hard baseball fans like most of us on this forum. Im sure as with most franchises, there is a correlation between team success and fan attendance.The Leafs are a rare exception but Toronto is a hockey town first and foremost. Hard to imagine them forking out their hard earned money towards a franchise that has really made no strides towards elevating themselves from mediocrity. Unfortunate because this team actually opened up their wallets and spent some money in 2012 but alas the results are no better.

Our OF is such a mess. Sure AA finally plugged a hole at 2b with Travis but he made a bigger hole at an even more premium position in CF. Pompey is still far away IMO and Pillar just isn't very good.

Stadium looks pretty empty for a Friday night game. Have Jays fans already threw the towel in on the season? Also, I hope Jays pitch around Cruz for the rest of the series. Probably best to just put him on in this ball park

At least Kawasaki can maybe boost team morale and make me feel a little better about the Jays underachieving. Tough with all these AAA players in the fold, hopefully Valencia can keep contributing at a similar pace. We'll probably be forced to start him a few more games against RHP until we get healthy.

I still have faith in Hutchison. He will turn things around.

This lineup is pretty bad with Bautista at DH and Travis/Reyes hurt. Hopefully we can get healthy soon. Weaver isn't the force he one was, but he's pitched well lately and he historically owns the Blue Jays. Hopefully Hutch has a good outing tonight, we need it.
