KAwasaki must be so frustrating to pitch to.. you know hes not gonna hit it hard yet he just keeps grinding. Like pitching to non-ball playing girls in a slow-pitch league.
Was thinking this myself. Boston excels when dummies like Romero and Happ can't throw strikes. When you get guys like Buerhle and Jenkins who have inferior stuff but can pound the zone, it's like they don't know what to do.
Yeah, with his stuff he's gonna give up some hits and runs but if he can keep making good pitches like he has been so far he could be very useful for us.
