  1. That has nothing to do with what I said. I stated that people here wanted to just keep running Wang out there even after Johnson came back, as if his good start against the struggling Rangers was a sign he could junk his way through the season. He was okay as an emergency starter to eat innings for a start or two, but that was it
  2. Bup, the KIngs just gave up on their 4th overall pick last year for no solid reason. I wouldnt exactly trust them to establish the bar when it comes to contract values. A Bledsoe, Lowry, Gay, Amir and Jonas lineup agaisnt teams without a big SG would have been very solid defensively and rebounded the leather out of the ball.
  3. I remember a couple weeks ago, the Jays had an off day and I questioned why they didnt skip Wang's start. EVeryone here said they shouldnt because of Wang's two solid starts at the time. Well he pitched well in that game, but we all should have seen his implosion coming. He throws up BP fastballs 90 percent of the time.
  4. lol that says a lot about what people think about DeRozan and his contract
  5. Thank god for the 8 men pen though. Need to be ready for those 14 inning games
  6. Curtis Thegpan, or whatever his name was as well
  7. If it were up to me, Id trade them both and just roll with Delabar, Stroman, Webber and Oliver at the back end of the pen to finish out the year. Then let Stroman try to grab a starting spot next spring training. But if we're only trading one, Id prefer Jansenn in our pen this year.
  8. Id prefer to trade Cecil to a playoff found team without a closer, like the Tigers. Porcello would look good here filling out the back end of our rotation.
  9. As much as a good job the Pirates FO have done turning around that franchise, I still have a hard time getting behind a team that once thought it was a good idea to treat their athletes like Navy Seals.

How do people like the leafs pick?
  11. It's not even the past balls, its everything else on top of that..the stabbing at pitches, the inability to handle a 1 hoper to the plate, his poor footwork behind the plate that has been pointed out I dont know how many times by the analysis yet he stil hasnt worked on improving them. O and the fact that he cant make a throw to second base without staying down on his knees, which pretty much takes out all the stength of the throw. Baseball's clearly a very hard game to play at the mlb level, but it's the fact that it seems like he has no desire to improve on the little things that bothers the heck out of peopl.e
  12. Weiters is also the best defensive catcher in the american league and probably second in all of mlb behind molina
  13. Appropriate way to lose. Yea praise victorino..he scorched that ball
  14. What is that..bautistas 5th homer in the 9th inning now
  15. Great read by boni..shuffles for 3 seconds before finally moving his ass and running to his right
  16. Dont think ive hated watching a player more than Boni, hes just beyond useless.
  17. Who saw that coming. Can he stop swinging so fuxking hard ..
  18. What a s*** bottom half of the lineup..these two have been brutal this series..and why the hell is bono batting
