They'll probably pick up some catcher that isn't that good and have the two of them share time. AA has held onto JPA for this long, I don't think he'll send him down to AAA just like that. I mean look how much rope he gave Lind... -

I get the feeling JPA will still be around next year, they'll use the injury excuse to explain his lack of production and cite his home run totals to get people to believe he wasn't THAT bad. -

Someone had to start one. Go.... ummm... I'm not even sure who I'm supposed to be rooting for these days... just want to see JPA fail at this point.

Watch AA keep almost all of them. Remember the trade deadline. Our bullpen guys were at peak value and we had so many bullpen options, there was not enough room for everyone and everyone thought moves would be made and nothing happened. We even let Oliver retire here and get nothing for him instead of getting anything at all.

Remember when Farrell wanted our players to work the count a lot more and get on base and Dwayne Murphy would have nothing of that? The Red Sox have really been taking pitches and getting on base this year. Red Sox #1 in OBP, last year they were 22nd.
