  1. The MUCH maligned Giminez hit the biggest BOMB of his career and tied this ball game. Have faith peeps Go Jays !
  2. In a vital series, should there be a directive already from Atkins to John Schneider that Varland and Little should NO longer be pitching in high leverage situations? With enough rest prior to this series, Lauer/ Bassit and Scherzer should have been the pitchers to have taken over both Gausman and Trey. The reason why Nance was not brought over to the ALCS series. This I could not comprehend. Especially the prior shaky performances from both Varland and Little in the NY series. what a very costly decision just to prove a point that the acquisition of Varland at the deadline was justified and now it backfired.
  3. Matt has proven time and time again how reliable he was as a starter and in pressure situations….dont know why he is now relegated as an after thought
  4. This is mind boggling though…. is this coming from Atkins? Having both Lauer and Bassit pitched a low leverage situation while the bullpen such as Varland and Little who were shaky are on thrown to the fire to pitch with the score tied for game 1 and 2 asking a friend?
  5. Hindsight is 20/20 but would the outcome been different if Scherzer picked up Gausman yesterday then today Bassit after Trey instead of the usual suspects from the Bullpen
  6. Just can’t fathom what the Mariners has done being tired after the gruesome 5 game series with Detroit and flew from the opposite coast with the time difference and basically 24 hours of rest. Then Miller pitched the game of his life who was awful in his prior recent performances Forgot to add Raleigh squatted for 15 innings then Homered the next series unreal,
  7. Will BC Fans having second thoughts trekking down south?
  8. T-Mobile Park, the former Kingdome, is a pitcher-friendly park due to its cool, damp climate, which can suppress the ball, and its large outfield dimensions That sounds bad for the Jays hitters being down 0-2 with Castillo and Woo who have not pitch yet
  9. baseball such a weird game Superstition revolves around it. But zero excuses so I agree.
  10. Ump dictated the flow of the game with that bad call on Arozarena
  11. The aura around that Seattle team just too much for the Jays waaaaaaahhhhhh ! Then I guess we have to be one of those historical teams to win this series No choice.
  12. Jays are the comeback kids this season 49 games What was said again “it ain’t over til it’s over”
  13. 2004 ALCS - Red Sox over Yankees Still the only 0-3 comeback in the seven-game format.
  14. MLB teams that were down 2–0 in a 7 game series have come back to win the series 10 times
  15. Detroit would have been an easy opponent even with Skubal. Mariners have very solid starting pitchers with reliable high leverage bullpen and their hitters are deadly from top to bottom But never say surrender lets Go Jays !
  16. Atkins getting Varland was the story of the trade deadline.
  17. Sometimes the negativity mudding the waters for me seeing plays like that…..but will continue to stay positive Go Jays !
  18. Is the juice worth the squeeze in getting Gimenez for his defense? because the offensive contribution is so underwhelming. Then an error
  19. These Mariners are such a bad match up, I still have nightmares from that wild card series
  20. I felt bad for Nance getting left out but it is what it is. He can provide positive vibes off the bench 😊 Go Jays 🙏
