    Guerrero was always fine all this time. Yet people were quick to trigger slandering a very young and developing player. Meanwhile, the two months struggles of Guerrero is already the career average of Varsho. For a player to average .389 slugging pct. and .230 batting average is pathetic. The guy hits a homerun and score a runner with RISP every 12 games and people are already doing jumping jacks. Any logical person not named Sparky do understand that for this team to advance deep in the playoffs, complementary players like Varsho and Chapman have to exceed their career averages. Simple as that.

    Guerrero pulled his weight today but as I said before, it’s up to the complementary players to provide the protection. Varsho posted zeroes across the board Chapman with one measly hit was once again unreliable. The up and down season of this team reflective of those two players who season is as inconsistent as the weather pattern of the tropics. But this goes back Atkins. The Jays will grace one more time the playoffs but a true fodder when it is all said and done unfortunately.
