    We already went through a "please get in shape vladdy" campaign where everyone asked him to take things seriously and get in shape (after he claimed he.had never worked out). It didn't sink in for more than a few months. He just doesn't have the drive. He is a goofball with no attention span. Do you think he ever pays attention to the game on the bench? Nope. He just doesn't care to work on his craft, and now that his talent isn't enough to carry him, he's just an average player. We should move on from him asap.
