I have serious depth at centre in McDavid, Matthews, Scheifele and Barkov in my top 4. Would like to trade Barkov and my 1st for a young talented winger. Dude is 22 with 50 pts in 47 games. Would also trade Martin Jones for a studly winger. Would trade Scheifele for a big return as well, he was ranked in the top 5 before his injury and looks like he will play with Laine and Wheeler.

I’ve came to the conclusion that the NHL just spins a wheel to see whether it lands on “Goal” or “No Goal” for these calls.

I guess breaking a stick over a goalie’s head is allowed when the puck is between his legs is allowed, but you best not skate past his stick ala McDavid, or touch his blocker ala Matthews.

Very little chance of Taveras coming here this offseason. Him on a line with Marner and Marleau would be dreamy. It’s all speculation, just like Stamkos was, and Doughty will be after next season.

It’s seems that at least 3-4 assets will be going in return for Ohtanis. Protect 22 MLB players and 10 prospects and you’re all set!
