    duno if it was brought up today, but Revere batting lead off again today.. he came up in the 9th. With Tulo batting 1st it's Tulo-donaldson in that situation. Do you think gibby goes back to Tulo leading off? He said after the game Sunday that he just wanted to get Tulo's bat going

    Yeah Navarro-Cola is tough to see at 4-5 but at least we keep Smoak in there. And we only win this game with good pitching anyway so it's on Estrada to give us a chance

    this is why Tulo leadoff works. Other than beginning of the game, every other time he's coming up after Revere (and Travis when he gets back), so he's often coming up in RBI situations since our bottom three can get on base. It doesn't work in the NL because you have the pitcher batting 9th. Also he hasn't had Donaldson-Bautista-Edwin protecting him ever in his career.

    it was at 7 last week, now 5.5. Ideally we somehow gain a game before the series and go in only 4.5 back but at the very least let's stay 5.5 back come Friday. Yanks have red sox so can only see them maybe losing one if we're lucky. and we'd have to sweep the twins who are a considerably better team than BOS

    yo, other than the cololabelo batting in front of martin thing, I'm happy with tulo leading off and revere in the 9 spot where most of us wanted him. gona need the bats today lets get the series win!!!

    assuming he goes once every 5 games (which we shouldn't assume down the stretch, could skip a 5th starter to get Price more starts), if he goes Monday, he lines up for: MIN, @NYY, vs NYY, @LAA, @TEX, CLE, @BOS, @NYY, BOS, NYY, @BAL, @TBR (last game of ssn.. obviously depends on sitch) Sunday, he lines up: KC, @NYY, OAK, @PHI, @TEX, CLE, BAL, @NYY, @ATL, NYY, @BAL, @TBR noticable differences are he goes against Minny on Monday who we're chasing, goes at home against NYY Aug 14, potentially misses BAL series Sep 4-6 but that's down the line. Just from this aspect I like him going Monday, gets a start in the next 2 yankees series
