No its only one. This year its 13/14 period, Next year its 14/15 period. Only one year to have a limit of 250 k isn't that bad when you would have gotten 6 + highly ranked players.

IMO, those Penalties aren't even that harsh. Say you take the penalty every 2 years and you get 5-6 top guys or more. You restock your system and you could easily do a wink wink nudge nudge with trainers and pay some of his guys 250k next year when they are worth more.

sorry, I didn't make it clear. I meant 25-30 million dollars total, and the next year with penalty, you could get a discount from trainers you used your money on the previous year.

He will go to the rangers. Looks like Cubs are just slightly over their slot and Rangers are taking the penalty anyways, why not add another right.

Once SG/SF market is thin out, watch for Masai to strike and trades Demar/Rudy. I really hope Al Jefferson signs with Charlotte so MJ thinks they could compete this year and overpays for Rudy. Maybe for Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Ben Gordon for Gay?
