  1. This call is taking way too long.
  2. To be fair he does a great job receiving Dickey's knuckle ball.
  3. Bad decision by Jose there
  4. Dickey doesn't look good early
  5. Drew Smyly is really good
  6. Tulo will have a big year this year. This guy is a pro.
  7. Stroman doesn't have the same stuff as Archer but he's keeping everything low and getting ahead in the count every AB seemingly. Such a contrast in styles between two of the most promising young talents in the game.
  8. Pillar with another opposite field hit. That was a beautiful approach.
  9. Which is higher this year, Stroman's WHIP or Buck's average blunders per game?
  10. Archer's slider is a top 5 pitch in baseball IMO
  11. This team is so much better defensively than years past. This year is gonna be so fun to watch.
  12. Stroman is geared for a breakout season. That pitch was well located, just a great piece of hitting from Longoria.
  13. Obviously regression is inevitable, but I don't think Collabello falls off a cliff like some people. I could see something like a .270/.340/.420 statline from him. Last year the Smoak/ Collabello platoon put up 30 hr and 100 RBI. I'm comfortable with either guy starting.
  14. Hey Giants came back down 3-1 a couple years ago, there is still hope
  15. So hopefully we can re-sign Lowe, and go with Lowe/Osuna/Hendricks/Sanchez/Cecil next year. Everyone else in the Jays' pen I want nowhere near this club in 2016.
  16. Perhaps you missed Rios' bomb today? And the one the other night too? Anyways Im not at all defending Yosts dumb managerial decisions just laughing with frustration at how seemingly well theyve all seemed to work. Royals have been on some kind of roll everything seems to work for them.
  17. Then Gibby decides to send him out for the 9th just to completely burn out his arm for tomorrows game.
  18. Gibby pouring salt in the wounds
  19. So putting Escobar leadoff has resulted in him getting on base to start every game. Batting Gordon 8th has provided quality ABs at key points in the series. And playing Rios over Dyson has given KC a much needed power surge. Ned Yost is brilliant.
  20. Jose Bautistas bat flip sooooo deserves its own thread...
