I went to the game tonight in NH so here's a quick report.
Stroman: Sat consistently at 92-93 with his fastball. Velocity did not seem to drop off in the later innings which was good. He threw a bunch of nasty sliders around 84-87 and got a good amount of swinging strikes. I only saw maybe 1 or 2 sliders that he left up. He throw a couple breaking balls around 79-80, whether it was a curve or just a slow slider it looked pretty good. I didn't see him throw many changeups, but he might have thrown 1 or 2, it was tough to tell exactly what it was from where I was sitting. Out of the 8 hits he gave up 3 or 4 were choppers up the middle that could have been groundouts with better defense. He did give up some hard hits though, and gave up a double of the top of the wall that was scorched. He got a lot of groundballs and for the most part kept his fastball down in the zone. His was really fooling hitters and most of his Ks were with the slider.
Burns: Hit a double of the very top of the wall after fouling off 4-5 pitches to stay alive. He didn't do much at 3B, but looked pretty good at the plate.
Jimenez: He wasn't tested by baserunners, but looked solid as always behind the plate. He hit hard opposite field double and a single. He also had a deep flyout to center.
